For Sale: Peugeot 206 Original CD Changer - Clarion

Hi,

On sale is a working original-fitted Peugeot 206 Clarion 6-disc CD changer.

Obtained from Peugeot 206 GLX from the UK.

Only suitable for ALL Peugeot 206 with DAM number prior to 9061xx (i.e. 206 manufactured before 2001) that were equipped with either:

1. 'RB1' RDS CASSETTE AUDIO SYSTEM or,

2. 'RD1' RDS COMPACT DISC AUDIO SYSTEM.

As a guide, the above audio system head unit interface look different from the one in 206 Bestari or 206 1.6L CBU.

Basically, it should works with almost all 206 that is bought and sold in Malaysia between 1999-2001. The most likely candidate is the 206 1.4L CBU.

Unfortunately, this will not work with the 206 Bestari...

Note: To check your 206 DAM number, look at driver side B-pillar.

CD Changer comes with CD magazine.

Please take note of this conditions:

1. Usage of CD changer required configuration of radio/CD system BSI prior to use (activate CD changer option in BSI). Visit authorised SC to perform this. They usually charge you for doing this.

2. Check for availability of CD changer harness (part no. 9706 83) . The connector should be there under the rear bonnet 'carpet'. Please refer to item #11 in the graphics below.

3. Advisable to have the CD changer bracket (part no. 6560 G0) in order to secure it properly. Indicative price could be around RM150 brand new @ Bluebox. Please refer to item #8 in graphics below.

Retail price for a new 206 Clarion CD changer during Cycle & Carriage times was around RM3300!

This CD changer is going for only RM350.

Warranty is for one (1) month from date for purchase.

Full refund will be given if changer is return within warranty period due to changer could not be configure to work with your 206. Proof of configuration work from Bluebox (i.e. receipt) is required.

I have a set of Peugeot 206 original rims for sale.

All Peugeot alloy wheels are put through rigorous performance tests, giving you the ultimate feel for the road. Every one is then meticulously tested for construction quality, ensuring that they continue to look the part and go the distance.

It is perfect match for any 206 Bestari owners who would like to be different but don't fancy changing to a bigger rims i.e. need to change the tyres(!) which will burn a big hole in your pocket and also reduce the ride comfort and fuel efficiency.

I also is in the opinion that this rim design looks better than the standard Bestari rim design.
