The Cygnet, Bumblebee, and the Mediocrity

Aston Martin announced earlier this week that rumors that they are going to produce a small hatchback were true. It's called the Cygnet. Expect it to cost around $45,000, and for nobody to want one. It's just a rebadged Toyota iQ. Don't think this a cheap way to buy into some Aston Martin glamour, because the Cygnet will be sold exclusively to current Aston owners. I'm struggling to imagine why the owner of an Aston Martin would want a Toyota with a big grill and some chrome letters glued to it.


Earlier this week, on the set of the third Transformers film, Bumblebee, the famous Camaro, crashed into a cop car. In response to an emergency call across town, the police officer had to cut through the strectch of road reserved for the Transformers film crew. Unfortunately, when the police officer pulled in front of the Camaro, the stunt driver didn't respond quickly enough, and the two cars collided. Take a look:
